Q1. How long will my prints take?
A1. Turn around times for unframed prints is one week from order to delivery within Australia, and two weeks from order to delivery internationally. Framed prints and canvasses take two weeks from order to delivery. Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of glass and frames, international shipping of framed prints is not available. Please note that turn around times are flexible due to workload and stock availability.
Q2. How much does shipping cost? Do you have multi-print shipping discounts?
A2. Unframed prints cost $20 to ship Australia-wide, and $50 to ship internationally. Framed prints and canvasses cost between $45 and $75 to ship Australia-wide, depending on size and location. Shipping costs include hard-cover box packing for framed prints and canvases. Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of glass and frames, international shipping of framed prints is not available. If you are ordering multiple prints, please email me first and I will give you a shipping discount code.
Q3. Can I pick up my print instead of having it shipped?
A3. Yes, you're welcome to come and pick up your print. I'm based in Randwick, Sydney. There is a pick-up option available at the checkout, and once you've chosen your print and framing options and submitted your order, I will email you with a pick up address.
Q4. What size print will suit my wall?
A4. This is entirely up to you and depends on the size of the space in which you would like to hang the print. Small prints suit tight spaces such as bathrooms and hallways, and make for great gifts. Large prints suit open areas such as living rooms, dining areas and bedrooms. Framed prints, due to the addition of a white space around the print and the frame itself, end up larger than the stated dimensions of the print.
Q5. What paper do you print on?
A5. All photos are printed on smooth pearl, 310gsm photo paper. It has a beautiful, metallic finish and gives photos a unique 3D look especially when framed under glass. Photo prints have a 90-year archival stability rating. Canvasses are printed with UltraChrome K3 pigment inks and are then liquid laminated for protection and durability. Canvases have a 75-year life expectancy. Both framed prints and canvasses come ready to hang.
Q6. Do you offer prints other than those in your store?
A6. Yes, all the photos you see on my site are for sale, however the ones in my store are my personal favourites and I believe look best printed, framed, and mounted on a wall. If you'd like to buy a photo not in my store, please send me an enquiry and i'll make it happen.
Q7. Can I have access to the high-resolution file?
A7. No, sorry, I don't offer digital files, only prints and canvases. If you'd like to find out about commissioning a work for commercial or advertising purposes, please get in touch.
Q8. Can I change my mind once i've submitted my order?
A8. Once you've submitted your order, you have a 24-hour cooling off period in case you change your mind before your photo or photos are sent to print. After this, orders can no longer be changed or refunded.
